The call for papers process is an important step in our research and agenda development. Thank you for your interest and submission.

The 2013 Mobile World Congress theme is “The New Mobile Horizon” in recognition of the immense progress that mobile technology is making to transform the way we live, work and communicate across the world. Let us know how you are contributing to this progress by submitting your speaker proposal for Mobile World Congress 2013.
