GSMA Mobile World Congress features the world’s largest mobile industry exhibition, bringing together 50,000 key decision-makers in the mobile industry. It is undoubtedly the best place for mobile communications networking, business development opportunities, and deal making. Congress Party and Awards Ceremony

The Congress Party and Awards Celebration, sponsored by INQ, was held Tuesday, 16 February at the beautiful National Palace in Montjuïc. Hosted by writer, actor and self-confessed technophile Stephen Fry, the evening event provided attendees with fantastic high-level networking opportunities, including the chance to connect with key mobile leaders. It was a perfect venue to entertain clients and prospective partners, and expand network in a fun, informal setting.

The party concluded with an outstanding concert by Duran Duran, one of the world's most successful rock bands.

App Lounge

The App Lounge is a networking area within App Planet which provided a retreat for attendees and developers to relax, meet with fellow attendees, and catch up on the day’s news via our media partner and sponsor publications. It was truly the networking centre of the mobile apps universe.

The Networking Lounge located in the centre of Hall 2 provided a relaxing setting for show attendees to informally meet clients and catch up on the latest news through select industry publications and broadcast feeds. The Networking Lounge offered a one-stop shop for picking up complimentary industry publications.
