MediaRoom Showcase is an online press kit, trade show booth, and Web site, all wrapped up into a single package – a site hosted by PR Newswire and easily controlled by the exhibitor. The service puts all of the exhibitors’ information in one place on the Web, so that interested parties – media, marketing partners, consumers, and investors – can find specific exhibitors before, during, or after the GSMA Mobile World Congress.

The service allows exhibitors to easily upload, to a dedicated and branded Web site, up to 15 files (including news releases, audio and video files, JPEGs, logos and other information). Any news releases distributed via PR Newswire will be automatically uploaded to the site.

Visitors can register to be added to exhibitor mailing lists for future materials and easily schedule meetings with the exhibitor. Reporting and measurement of site visits (ROI) will be collected and made available 24/ 7. Site will remain active for 90 days after completion.
