Media Village

The Media Village at Mobile World Congress will be open to press, industry analysts and exhibiting companies from Sunday, 1 March through Thursday, 5 March. The Media Village is centrally located in Fira Gran Via, on the Upper Walkway between Halls 3 and 4. The Media Village encompasses Media Working Facilities (Room CC5), which are available exclusively for accredited press and industry analysts, and Press Conference and Meeting Facilities (Room CC4), which are available to exhibitors for meetings with press and industry analysts. The Media Village also houses the service desk for Business Wire. The GSMA will host the official Mobile World Congress Media Welcome Reception from 17:00 to 19:00 on Sunday, 1 March at Fira Gran Via. This networking cocktail reception will offer accredited press and industry analysts the opportunity to meet with players from across the mobile ecosystem and preview the week’s activities in relaxed social environment. The filming of keynotes and conference sessions is prohibited at Mobile World Congress. Please be aware that filming equipment will not be allowed into the auditoria. Individuals discovered using filming equipment within the conference sessions may be asked to leave. The GSMA will make selected video footage available for the media following the Mobile World Live keynotes and other video content will be posted to Mobile World Live following the event The GSMA regrets that during the keynotes only official event photographers will be allowed unlimited access in the auditoria and use of alternative positions during these sessions. We will also convey on the day any further limitations or restrictions regarding photography as requested by individual keynote speakers. Selected photographs from official event photographers will be made available to the media via this website.
