Mobile World Congress Media Village – Open from Sunday, 23 February

The Media Village at Mobile World Congress will be open to press, industry analysts and exhibiting companies from Sunday, 23 February through Thursday, 27 February.

The Media Village is centrally located in Fira Gran Via, on the Upper Walkway between Halls 3 and 4. The Media Village encompasses Media Working Facilities (CC5), which are available only to accredited press and industry analysts, and Press Conference and Meeting Facilities (CC4), which are available to exhibitors for meetings with press and analysts. The Media Village also houses the service desk for Virtual Press Office/PR Newswire.

Official Mobile World Congress Media Welcome Reception – Sunday, February 23

The GSMA will host the official Mobile World Congress Media Welcome Reception from 17:00 to 19:00 on Sunday, February 23 at Fira Gran Via. This networking cocktail reception will offer accredited press and industry analysts the opportunity to meet with leading players from across the mobile ecosystem and preview the week’s activities in relaxed social environment. Filming and Photography

The filming of keynotes and conference sessions is prohibited at Mobile World Congress. Please be aware that filming equipment will not be allowed into the auditoria. Individuals discovered using filming equipment within the conference sessions may be asked to leave. The GSMA will be making selected video footage available for the media following the Mobile World Live keynotes and other video content will be posted to Mobile World Live following the event www.mobileworldlive.com.

The GSMA regrets that during the keynotes only official event photographers will be allowed unlimited access in the auditorium and use alternative positions during these sessions. We will also convey on the day the wishes of the keynote speakers who sometimes request limited or no photography. Selected photographs from official event photographers will be made available to the media via the event website www.mobileworldcongress.com.
