FINAL CONFIRMATION
Final Confirmation emails will be sent to all fully registered attendees who have no balance due (payment pending). This email will explain the onsite registration / badge collection process in detail.
Final Confirmations will be sent out around 2 weeks prior to the event. Any attendees who have a balance due should settle payment before arriving onsite, to ensure they may benefit from the simplest and quickest onsite badge collection process. Any payments taken onsite may delay entry to the congress.
FAST TRACK
If you have a barcode Final Confirmation, you may proceed to any of the Fast Track channels. The most convenient locations are on the Plaza de España with a further Fast Track channel in Hall 2 Registration see map. Fast Track registration is marked in Green on the registration map and signage.
• Fast Track is for attendees that have pre-registered and are fully paid only.
• Fast Track is the quickest option for you to get your badge.
• Please bring your printed Final Confirmation email with barcode along with a business card and photo-ID.
• Not all pass types can be processed in Fast Track. If your Final Confirmation does not include a barcode, then please proceed to the location you are directed to in your confirmation email. Examples of types of registration not to use Fast Track include; Speaker, Platinum Pass, Leadership Summit, GSMA Guest and any registrations with a balance due.
• Fast Track is colour coded GREEN on the registration map.
BADGE COLLECTION WITHOUT FINAL CONFIRMATION
If you believe you have registered and have no balance due (payment pending), you may proceed to Badge Collection in Hall 2 Registration see map. Badge Collection is marked Yellow on the registration map and signage.
• Badge Collection is for attendees who have pre-registered and are fully paid but who do not have their printed Final Confirmation and barcode with them.
• Search for yourself in the registration system using your email address (used to register) or name.
• Provide a business card and show your photo-ID to receive your badge.
• Badge Collection is colour coded YELLOW on the registration map.
NEW / ONSITE REGISTRATION (Registration Code or Credit Card Payment)
If you need to register onsite using a registration code or credit card, you may proceed to New Registration in Hall 2 Registration area (see map).
• New Registration desks are for attendees that have not previously registered.
• Registration codes and Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) are accepted.
• New Registration desks in Hall 2 will be colour coded YELLOW on the registration map.
CASH PAYMENT & PAYMENT QUERIES
Cash payments (we accept € / Euros only) and all payment queries are handled at the Payment Desks in Hall 2 registration see map.

PRESS
Registered (approved) press will receive a Final Confirmation directing them to the Fast Track channels. Press may also proceed to the Press Registration area in Hall 1 see map.
All onsite Press Registration questions need to be taken to Press Registration in Hall 1.
