Media Village

The Media Village, located at the upper walkway between Halls 3 and 4, will be open from Monday, 26th February through Thursday, 1st March. The Media Village encompasses Media Working Facilities (CC5) and Press Conference and Meeting Facilities (CC4) as well as the service desk for Business Wire, our official news distribution partner.

Filming

Filming

The filming of keynotes and conference sessions is prohibited at Mobile World Congress. Please be aware that filming equipment will not be allowed into the auditoria. Individuals discovered using filming equipment within the conference sessions may be asked to leave. The GSMA will make selected video footage available for the media during the event and other video content will be posted to Mobile World Live following the event www.mobileworldlive.com.

Photography

Photography

During the keynotes, only official event photographers will be allowed unlimited access in the auditoria and use of alternative positions during these sessions. We will also convey on the day any further limitations or restrictions regarding photography as requested by individual keynote speakers. Selected photographs from official event photographers will be made available to the media via the event website mobileworldcongress.com.

Pre-Registered Press & Analyst List

Pre-Registered Press & Analyst List

Once registration opens, the pre-registered press and analyst list will be made available only to exhibitors and sponsors via the Online Event Manual; the exhibitor or sponsor event lead will have the login details to access the list. Please note that we will not email the list to any exhibitor or sponsor nor will we provide the list to PR agencies supporting exhibitors or sponsors. Finally, we will not provide the pre-registered press and analyst list to general attendees; this is offered as a benefit for exhibitors and sponsors only.
